RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you buy however for a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.
Altered Jewelry, Special Orders and Timepieces cannot be returned for exchange or refund. They are a FINAL SALE.
Any approved return will be subject to a quality control inspection upon return, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged.
Approved returns must be shipped within 2 days of delivery; via fully insured, trackable delivery, signature required. Customers are responsible for RETURN shipping costs and Transit Insurance.
Returned item(s) must be made following the instructions that will be provided to you. Returns are accepted at our sole discretion only, and no refunds will be issued for altered, damaged, or lost items.
Note that the following are not returnable/refundable: (1) shipping and insurance fees (delivery and returns); (2) custom or special orders; (3) layaway deposits, payments, or purchases; (4) sale or discounted purchases; and (5) international (outside U.S.) purchases.
